Right down to splitting the large amount of rafters into two loads so they would fit in my house (I was painting) which is no hassle at all.

Great product, good wood quality, delivered as promised and on time. Feedback from customer service is very good. Minor suggestion is to shorten delivery further so that people reading about the product know whether the article could be available or not within say 24 hours of placing their order and next day delivery will be perfect.

Received my wooden deck and fenced in yard today and it turned out really fantastic. Cited as ready for delivery, I received the package in a little over ten days later. Out of curiosity, I googled garden timber online reviews. Some were positive and some were negative but it was mostly about customer service hurting the final product.
